Sinan Özen

Drums

Sinan Özen is a well-known Turkish drummer and musician. He began playing the drums at the age of 13 while he was a student at Kadıköy Anadolu High School. In 1995, he started taking lessons from Selami Sevinç at Be-bop Drum School, which was the first drum school in Turkey. After completing his high school education in 1997, he earned a talent scholarship to Istanbul Bilgi University's Music Department. Between 2000 and 2002, he began teaching at Be-bop & Hip-hop drum studios while pursuing his university education.

During his university years, Sinan Özen also started accompanying artists in the music industry. He has played drums for various renowned artists and bands, including Ufuk Yıldırım, Nida Şan, Zeynep Casalini, Kung-fu, Bengü, Reyhan Karaca, Emel Müftüoğlu, Demet Tuncer, Demet Sağıroğlu, Hülya Avşar, Ata Demirer, Gülben Ergen, Kuşluk Vakti, Linet, Emel Sayın, Tuna Kiremitçi, Tayfun Balarısı, Osman İşmen, Tarık Sezer, Sena Şener, Vals Orkestrası, Aşkın Nur Yengi, and Taşkın Sabah, both in album recordings and live performances.

Currently, Sinan Özen continues to perform on stage with Ümit Besen-Pamela and Fatih Erkoç.
